Here's a slight deviation from my usual posts. This is actually a really cool (and of course free) service that I've found to be quite useful. The site is called eCrater, and provides a great alternative to you eBay sellers. It's totally free (I cannot overemphasize this) and is doing quite well for being relatively new. The only issue I have with their service is that they do not allow you to edit the html of your site. On the positive side, this makes for a very easy interface that is quite easy to use.

I wouldn't be surprised if many of you have heard of Vistaprint before. They run never-ending specials, and have a perpetual deal where you can get 250 business cards for free and only pay shipping. Well, sources have told me that for an extremely limited time (read: today) you can avoid the shipping too. That means that you can get 250 cards absolutely free. The homepage still mentions you must pay for shipping, but you'll see when you check out that the slowest shipping option (21 days) is free. I have already submitted an order for free cards, so I can tell you firsthand how painless the process is. Best of all, you don't even need to submit any credit card information. Two free tickets to watch "An Inconvenient Truth"

This is an unusual freebie, but still quite useful to anyone who would like to watch An Inconvenient Truth. Basically, the National Wildlife Action group is offering two free tickets to watch this movie at a theater near you. The catches are that only a few theaters actually show this (at least in my area) and only some of those participate in Fandango's online ticketing system (which must be used for this freebie). I can't participate in this since the local Tower Theater doesn't have online ticket ordering, but I hope that someone else can benefit from this deal. Enjoy!
